We all desire to be in an emotionally fulfilling relationship. We are designed to build connection and relationships with God, spouse, family and others. When you learn about your emotions, and how to access them instead of numbing, you are able to communicate with your spouse what emotions you are feeling. You will learn tools to improve your ability see each other for who you really are. We teach you tools to see how you can remove historical patterns of how you interact and characteristics that we all project and transfer onto one another. As we learn to speak the language that our spouse can understand, and that they respond to, our relationships become stronger.

Building Relationships is a date night event focused on helping couples learn tools for how to build strong foundations in their marriages. Some of the tools you will learn include:

  • How to recognize past “stuff” that interferes with current relationships.
  • How to release emotions while protecting the relationship.
  • How to check in with each other and with the relationships in productive ways that fosters connection and growth.
  • How to bring romance to the relationship.

Everyone learns differently and different things help different people, therefore this event includes multiple healing modalities in order to touch the lives of its participants in different ways. Join us on a journey of healing, of connecting, and of strengthening relationships.
